When will I receive my product?
Products are shipped to your address within 10-15 days from the date of purchase.
Do watches come in a brand box?
Yes, all our watches come in a brand box. Instructions on how to operate the watch are given as well.
Are refunds allowed if I am dissatisfied with product?
Yes, refunds are 100% allowed. However, it should be noted that we accept refunds that are requested within 14 days of receiving your package. Further instructions will be given once we are notified of the issue. Please see "Return Policy" for further information.
I am having trouble adjusting the steel straps to fit my wrist size, what should I do?
Adjusting the steel straps to fit your wrist size can be done with a pin by removing the links. If you need further help, we suggest going to your local watch shop who can do it for free.
